Enterprise IT operations executive with two decades of experience delivering technology transformation across Saudi Arabia, Jordan and the UK. From cloud infrastructure migrations to IoT-enabled venue systems, from cybersecurity frameworks to custom SaaS platforms, the work spans the full operational stack.
Currently driving operational resilience architecture at Alinma Bank as part of the enterprise Active-Active transformation program. Previously led IT strategy and operations at SL Fusion, delivering technology systems for the GACA Museum, and directed IT operations for CENOMI Centers across 22 malls and 2 headquarters, managing 35+ servers, 26 firewalls and 250+ AI-enabled sensors while achieving ISO 27001 certification and 60% cost optimization.
Today, a growing share of that work is AI. Trained through the University of Oxford's Saïd Business School AI Programme and Outskill, I lead AI from strategy to production: designing AI agents and automations, standing up private LLM infrastructure, and building MCP servers that connect AI securely to enterprise systems.
